• a corn-ear classification for Rural Tourism, a key classification for furnished holiday Lodgings
• an evaluation form after each stay
• a control of the accommodations

All the « Gîtes de Wallonie » owners are supervised and benefit from a continuous formation programme adapted to the tourist activity, set up by the “Gîtes de Wallonie”.
